1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JobsNGo website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, job seekers, and employers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

JobsNGo is an online employment marketplace that connects job seekers with employers across India and internationally. Our services include:

• Job listing discovery and search
• Resume and profile creation tools
• Application submission and tracking
• Employer recruitment and talent search tools
• Salary insights and career guidance content

JobsNGo acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any employment contract entered into between a job seeker and an employer.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to register on JobsNGo. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Job Seeker Terms

As a job seeker using our platform, you agree to the following:

Accuracy of Information

All information provided in your profile, resume, and job applications must be truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or credentials is grounds for immediate account termination and may have legal consequences.

Application Conduct

You may apply only to positions for which you have a genuine interest and reasonable eligibility. Mass-applying to irrelevant positions in bad faith is prohibited.

Communication Standards

All communications with employers through our platform must be professional and respectful. Harassment, spam, or inappropriate messaging will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Employer Terms

Employers who use JobsNGo to post jobs and recruit talent agree to the following additional terms:

Job Posting Standards

All job postings must accurately represent the position, compensation range, location, and requirements. JobsNGo reserves the right to remove any listing that is misleading, discriminatory, or in violation of applicable employment laws.

Non-Discrimination

Employers must comply with all applicable anti-discrimination laws. Job postings must not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, caste, disability, age, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

Data Handling

Employer access to candidate data is limited to the purpose of evaluating candidates for the specific role advertised. Employers may not use candidate data for any unrelated marketing or solicitation purposes.

Payment Terms

Employers using paid features agree to our pricing terms and authorize payment. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JobsNGo platform:

• Posting fraudulent or fake job listings
• Collecting user data without authorization
• Using automated bots or scrapers to extract content
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software
• Impersonating any person, company, or entity
• Engaging in any illegal activity or facilitating illegal acts
• Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, and we reserve the right to report violations to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the JobsNGo platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and data — is the property of JobsNGo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without our explicit written permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your resume), but by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for platform operations.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. JobsNGo does not guarantee:

• That job listings are accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• That you will be hired or that employers will respond to applications
• Continuous or error-free access to the Platform
• That employer backgrounds or credentials have been verified

JobsNGo does not endorse any employer, job listing, or candidate profile. Users engage with other parties at their own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobsNGo and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or business opportunities.

In no event shall JobsNGo's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JobsNGo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
